By creating an account or using AfricanParrot Messenger ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Security Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is invite-only. You must have a valid access code issued by an authorized administrator to register. Sharing your access code, OTPs, or admin secrets with others is prohibited.

You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content; to impersonate others; to distribute malware; or to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

Vendors must complete KYC verification and receive admin approval before listing goods or services. AfricanParrot Messenger is a communications platform, not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Use verified payment channels and report disputes to official support.

You retain ownership of content you post (messages, images, voice notes, marketplace listings). You grant the Service a limited license to store and transmit that content solely to provide the messaging and marketplace functionality.

We process your chat data, files, and profile information within approved backend services. We do not sell your personal data. See our Security Policy for details on data handling and your privacy controls.

Administrators may remove content, suspend accounts, revoke access codes, and enforce group/channel rules for violations of these Terms. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal.

Voice and video calls use WebRTC peer-to-peer technology. Call quality depends on your network and device; the Service cannot guarantee connectivity in all network conditions.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfricanParrot Messenger and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
